HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Placing an order is easy. Simply click on the item you like, select your side & colour and click “Add To Basket”. These items will then be sent to your shopping basket. You can click on “View Basket” at any time to see what you have added.
When finished simply click “Checkout” to begin the checkout process.
Please note you will need your Paypal details or credit or debit card details, including the billing address (the address to where the card bills and statements are sent) ready to process the payment.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?
All our garments are made to order based on your specifications. Most orders will be made and dispatched within 2-5 working days of purchase. Orders are not dispatched on the weekends or bank holidays.
As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order.
HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE I NEED?
Size charts are provided in the “Size Guide” tab on all hoody and tshirt product pages. All garments are standard fitting i.e. not extra baggy or slim fitting. If you need addition help you can view our “Size Charts” page or If you still have specific questions about the fit or measurements please contact firstname.lastname@example.org . Beanie hats are one size fits all and are made from stretchy material to accommodate even the largest swede.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Paypal, credit or debit cards - Visa, Master Card, UK Maestro, Delta, Solo or Electron.
To use your debit card please complete the Paypal steps as usual but if you dont have a Paypal account select “Checkout as guest”.
MY ORDER WON'T GO THROUGH. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please ensure you have entered all of your details exactly as they appear on your card. One small typing mistake may be the cause of your problem.
You also need to make sure that your billing address (where your card is registered) is correct, as this will be used to validate your details.
If however you are sure your details are correct but you are still having troubles, please e-mail us and we will look straight into this for you.
I'VE MADE A MISTAKE AND NEED TO CHANGE SOMETHING ON MY ORDER. HOW DO I DO THAT?
If we haven’t made and shipped the order yet then it may be possible to amend it. To change your order please e-mail us with your order number and details of the amendment(s) you require. We will reply to your e-mail to confirm if the amendment has been possible. Unfortunately, if your order has been made it won’t be possible to amend it.
